Sponsorship
Kool-Aid Days welcomes cash and in-kind donations of any size. In-kind donations can take the form of game prizes, sugar (we use 2,000 pounds each year), providing rented equipment, in-kind services, and many others. Donations of any level are acknowledged on a special “Thank You” board on the festival grounds.

If you have something special in mind not described in our materials, we’re always willing to entertain new ideas on how Kool-Aid Days can work with members of the business community to strengthen the festival and its relationship with the greater Hastings area. When possible, we like to have most of the sponsorships for each year’s Kool-Aid Days in place by early May so they get the maximum exposure on our web site and in our printed literature. It also allows us to plan our growth with accurate budget projections. After that time, some sponsorship benefits are impossible to implement once printed materials are completed and advertising deadlines have passed.
Inclusion in advertising and promotions is subject to deadlines for submitting those promotions to the media. All banners must be provided by the sponsors.
