If you have something special in mind not described in our materials, we’re always willing to entertain new ideas on how Kool-Aid Days can work with members of the business community to strengthen the festival and its relationship with the greater Hastings area. When possible, we like to have most of the sponsorships for each year’s Kool-Aid Days in place by early May before the festival on the second weekend of August. That way, all of our sponsors get the maximum exposure on our web site and in our printed literature for that year’s festival. It also allows us to plan our growth with accurate budget projections. That said, we welcome sponsorship interest until only a few weeks before the festival, with the understanding that some sponsorship benefits are impossible to implement once printed materials are completed and advertising deadlines have passed.
